About Me!
Supporting You Through Change, Uncertainty, and Growth
My passion is working with teens and adults experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and supported just as you are.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged. I tailor each session to fit your needs and goals, whether you’re seeking practical tools, deeper insight, or simply a space to process and be heard. I believe that each person has their own unique journey, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and discover your strengths.
Together, we'll explore practical strategies to manage anxiety and develop resilience. I'll be there to support you every step of the way as you build confidence and learn to navigate life's challenges. If you're looking for a therapist who understands what you're going through and is committed to helping you thrive, I am here for you!

My main approach to therapy is Person-Centered. I allow the client to lead the direction of the session with what they feel is important, and I follow along with them. However, I recognize that every client and their journey is different, so I adjust my therapy approach with what works best for the client. This may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
