Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our private practice! The ideal candidate will provide individual counseling services to clients of all ages, focusing on various mental health disorders - such as anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. This role requires an understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients from a variety of ages and backgrounds

• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• Stay informed about current best practices in psychopharmacology and behavioral health

• Adhere to all PA mandated reporter laws and guidelines

• Provide crisis referrals and resources when necessary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania

• MUST be available Wednesdays and at least ONE weekend day

• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses.

• Understanding of psychotherapy principles and practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in client care

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
